Package Assembly

Merpro's custom built assembly workshop allows the completion of large and complex packages indoors in a clean and well organised environment. Good access and under hook height facilitates the handling of individual modules of considerable width and height. Full preparation for overseas shipment and direct loading onto low loader means that, in many cases, no further intervention is required for transfer to destination. Additional external yard facilities allow further assembly and handling if required.

Merpro has a team of skilled mechanical, electrical and instrumentation technicians, fully trained and experienced in the assembly, test and commissioning of a variety of components and systems.

Most workscopes are carried out completely in house, minimising subcontracted work.
