Fabrication & Coded Welding

Merpro has the skills and capability to undertake the manufacture of large structural fabrications under cover in our custom designed fabrication shop. A separate clean fabrication shop is dedicated to exotic material fabrications. Both fabrication shops have overhead cranes and large hook clearance. Our coded welders are qualified to fabricate in a comprehensive range of materials.  Merpro is qualified to handle fabrication in carbon steels, stainless steel, cunifer, monel, duplex, super duplex, inconel and clad materials.

500 Weld procedures qualified to various codes
