Process Flow Diagram

The process team is responsible for the generation of process solutions, from the fine tuning of tried and tested designs through to the conceptual approaches necessary to maintain Merpro in its position at the cutting edge of new technology.  Merpro’s process engineers will take on all aspects of a process design.  Conceptual studies often lead to full process simulation, generation of process flow diagrams (PFDs), mass balance calculations, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), ‘specialist’ equipment sizing, HAZOPs and HAZIDs.
