Merpro has established and implemented a Quality Management System that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. Its purpose is to ensure the effective planning, delivery and support of our products and services to our customers that are fit in every respect for their intended purpose and can be shown by documented evidence to have satisfied all Contractual Requirements, Specifications and relevant Statutory Regulations. Our aim is to ensure the customer is fully satisfied with the end product and/or service. A further objective is to develop and sustain sound relationships with our customers which will lead to improvements in the financial strength and standing of the company.

An integral part of the management system is the need to continually improve the quality of our products and services. To achieve this we set objectives, analyse data and periodically review our processes which lead to improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of our Management System.

Management and staff are fully committed to the Quality Management System, its policies, objectives and procedures.

The Quality Management System is audited by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance.
