Continued investment in Merpro's fully equipped, state of the art facility enables manufacture of a comprehensive range of components in all shapes, sizes, complexities and material grades; this is all to the highest quality and the tightest of tolerances. The facility is fully BS EN 2001:2008 accredited.

A full service of machining and welding is provided, which alongside the turning, drilling, horizontal boring, and deep hole boring capabilities of the machine shop, ensures Merpro's commitment to meeting clients' needs with a twenty four hour, seven day a week service.

Premium Thread Licenses

Merpro's Machine Shop offers a comprehensive range of premium threading from 1.66“ to 20“ male and female threads.

Threading is carried out on state of the art Mazak and Mori Seiki CNC Lathes and offset threading produced using horizontal CNC Borers and CNC Machining Centres.
