Engineering Capabilities
Merpro has established a reputation for providing low cost and high value engineering solutions. This reputation has been developed over the years by building a wealth of experience and engineering capabilities across a range of industries, working with oil and gas operators, nuclear, pharmaceutical, mining, civil and domestic markets.
Merpro has an extensive range of in-house design engineering skills which are complementary to one another for the diversity of projects undertaken. The engineering team has been in place for over 30 years and comprises fully qualified process, control & instrument, mechanical, metallurgist / welding and draughting engineers.
Conceptual Developments
Merpro works with clients to develop concepts at the very early stages of project development. Merpro recognises the importance of effective feasibility studies and effective screening of opportunities in order that the optimum approach is carried forward to the next phase or stage.
FEED Engineering
Front End Engineering Design (FEED). Merpro effectively takes system concepts or conceptual designs and develops them further in order to fully define all system configurations.
Detailed Design
Merpro has detailed design capability across all major disciplines. These processes ensure strict compliance with code requirements ensuring designs are fit for purpose, are fully optimised and reflect our approach to engineering.
Process Design Capabilities:
Merpro's process engineers are responsible for the generation of process solutions, from fine tuning tried and tested designs through to the conceptual approaches necessary to maintain Merpro's position at the cutting edge of new technology.
